Die Solos stören weniger, aber die vielen Breaks stören wirklich. Die Songs wirken gelegentlich wie aus mehreren Demos wahllos zusammengesetzt. Außerdem ist die Platte überwiegend zu schnell eingespielt und Alans Gesang ist teilweise unterirdisch. Ich verstehe nicht, warum die Platte bei vielen Fans so hoch gehandelt wird.
Stolzer Preis für die "Notes from San Francisco" wie ich finde. Die kaufe ich mir nicht nochmal extra als LP. Die Doppel-CD reicht mir da dann erstmal.
